Delivery Attempts
Once payment is complete, Gohgeous Homemade will be ship out within 3 to 5 business day using courier company or our company personal driver during normal season. During peak season or festival, Gohgeous Homemade will be ship out one week before festival. Our delivery is attempted by a local courier or by our personal driver. In case of unsuccessful delivery due to the recipient’s is not at home or office, the cookies may be left at the courier company office where it can be later collected by the recipient (a note will be left at the recipients’ door).
Please note: Gohgeous.com can’t be held responsible if the recipient fails to collect the cookies within 3 business days of the attempted delivery date, which will result in the cookies being spoiled and discarded.
Incorrect Recipient Information
If delivery could not be complete because of an incorrect specified recipient’s address or incorrect phone number of a recipient, Gohgeous.com will not be held responsible for delays or failure, therefore no refund will be provided.
Please double check the address & specify a valid recipient’s phone number to ensure the cookies will reach the recipient’s on time.
Gift Packaging
Cookies packaging type maybe varies based on delivery location and season. Gifts may arrive in a traditional gift packaging or normal packaging. Sometimes filler and protective packaging may look different from the images shown on our website, but we will always try to offer highest quality option to protect the cookies during shipping. Gohgeous.com reserve the right to substitute the packaging type, bow & wrap color in case the original one is out of stock.
Order Refused by a Recipient
In the rare situation if the cookies recipient refuse to accept it for personal reason or due to their company policy, we will offer an option to redirect the order to another address or another recipient in the same country. In case our company had incurred expenses for the order processing & delivery to the initial recipient, additional payment for order redirection may be requested. If you offer no option to redirect the order to another address or another recipient, no refund will be possible as each item is freshly pack-to-order and many items are perishable and can’t be reused for another order.
Substitution Policy
Sometimes minor substitutions can be made to your cookies packaging due to stock unavailability. We guarantee to replace those item with the same value and highest quality product.
Cancellation Policy
So sorry we do not accept cancellation orders without a good reason once order and payment is placed on our website due to our cookies is fresh made and without any preservatives. If a cancellation is approved by Management, our company may have to charge a cancellation fee to cover administrative costs. We do not accept cancellations under any circumstances once the cookies has been shipped. If the cancellation is approved by our management we will be refund within 3-5 business days.
